ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive and making them feel welcome
- Connecting visitors with the appropriate person or office
- Answering calls in a timely manner, taking messages, and redirecting calls
- Managing phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
- Setting a positive atmosphere: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, and providing basic and accurate information
- Special requests: Dealing with special requests from guests, such as answering questions about the area or dealing with complaints
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and breakroom.
- Provide administrative support to employees
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Maintain accurate records of phone calls, visitors, badge activations
- Be at your desk ready to work at your scheduled time
- Submit monthly numbers, accomplishments and opportunities at the end of month to your direct manager
- Follow all SLAs
- To ensure that all Lobby areas, including the reception, meeting rooms seating area, corridors and public spaces are presentable at all times if needed
- Help with Security, because you are positioned in the area where people arrive and leave, front office executives are well-stationed to be "eyes and ears"
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Reliable Transportation
- Outstanding Attendance
- Customer service and/or office related experience preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
- Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
- Handle multiple projects at one time.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to exhibit Executive customer service
