Facility Information Analyst - CaroMont Health

Job Summary: Perform the duties necessary to help coordinate and assist the activities of the Facility Services Department and CaroMont Health. Develop and maintain processes to assure that record drawings are available and up to date. Upgrade Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Plans for service maintenance or new construction. Maintain electronic CAD and REVIT database system.

Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering or related field. This position requires at least three years as a CAD draftsperson in architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines. Requires proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Rivet Architecture and Revit MEP. Requires experience in development of 2-D, 3-D or BIM models of Architecture and Engineering system. A good understanding of building construction and codes is desirable.
