Job Summary:
Keystone Management, LLC is searching for a talented, driven, forward-thinking Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to work closely with the Facilities and Maintenance Manager to assist the leadership of our general maintenance team and painters. This individual must effectively oversee maintenance procedures and projects related to the terminal and catering facility. They must support all of the safety programs and objectives in a cost-effective manner. It is imperative that the Facility Maintenance Supervisor performs at the highest level of professionalism while meeting the client’s needs.
The Facility & Maintenance Supervisor will assist with leadership of the 2nd and 3rd shift teams of Maintenance Technicians and Painters. The Facility and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting overlapping shift work and alternating personnel, overseeing building maintenance tasks and projects in the following fields: carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, basic carpentry and perform general cleaning and other tasks assigned at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport terminal.
Location: Charlotte Douglas International Airport
SHIFT: 8:00pm - 4:30am (With flexibility to operational needs)
Salary: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Essential Functions:
- Assist with overseeing and supervising the quality of work performed by employees and/or a 3rd party to ensure that all tasks are completed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
- Walk facilities daily to identify repairs needed.
- Train and lead other team members to perform preventative maintenance, make changes and repairs to building systems to include but not limited to the HVAC system, plumbing, electrical and life/safety systems.
- Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees and completion of company issued safety programs.
- Ensure operational compliance with all appropriate laws and policies (including OSHA safety practices and procedures.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to include tool audits.
- Assist with coordinating the use of outside vendors for various repairs and monitor performance.
- Perform duties in a cost-effective manner to avoid waste of resources without jeopardizing quality of care and service.
- Establish and maintain effective client rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Ensure the highest level of professionalism.
- Managing building projects.
- Participate in meetings with Manager to report updates of assignments and projects.
- Capture detailed before and after pictures.
- Respond and follow up with client inquiries and concerns to ensure timely and quality service.
- Ensure compliance with customer’s company policies and procedures.
- QC/QA all project work.
- Track expense to report accuracy and back up.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor’s in business, facility management, engineering or building construction or equivalent experience.
- Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred.
- 3-5 years of facility management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of Supervision of a team.
Requirements:
- Must live within 30-40 minutes of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
- Must be able to pass a written communication evaluation.
- Must be able to pass a driving record and company check.
- Must be able to pass a Keystone Management, LLC background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Pass the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport SIDA badge and drivers test within two (2) tries
- Must be able to pass a Federal Aviation Administration background check.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to walk long distances.
