Operations Manager – Airline Catering

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000
Location: Jamaica, Queens, NY

We are a leading provider of kosher airline catering services, delivering fresh and frozen meals to major airlines. Known for our commitment to quality and reliability, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth production, timely delivery, and compliance with industry standards.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the airline catering production process.
• Oversee the preparation, packaging, and delivery of meals to airline clients.
• Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Ensure all meals meet airline specifications and kosher certification requirements.
• Manage facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across production and delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with airline clients and address any concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in catering, food production, or facility management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and kosher certification (a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
