About the Job
Position: Facility Manager - Maintenance
This Management position requires a strong mechanical, electrical and industrial maintenance background as well as strong communication skills and a strong financial background - Budget, Forecasting, P&L.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operates within the Leadec Values to promote an overall positive culture.

* Ensures that all project(s) safety guidelines at the site are adhered to in accordance with our safety program requirements.
* Provide technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to encourage better decision making.
* Drive successful implementation of Leadec and customer strategic initiatives.
* Relationship management -- both internally within Leadec and externally between Leadec's customers and Leadec's business partners.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and determine a clear path of action with goals and metrics in all areas of responsibility.
* Accountable for sales, operating cash flow, P&L and legal compliance
* Operate the business within budgetary guidelines and report progress and key performance indicators on a monthly basis
* All other duties as assigned by Leadec Regional Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Financial skills: budgeting, costing, forecasting, statistical analysis, P&L ownership, cost accounting
* Experience with major equipment services for mechanical, electric and industrial maintenance such as:
* cranes, conveyors, hoists, AGV's, motor's, bearings and lifter's
* Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees.
* Language Ability -- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
* Must be highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
* Must possess strong leadership skills.
* Must be able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and easily adapt to changing situations.
* Ability to provide direction and hold a team accountable to meeting the desired results.
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite -- including Excel, Word, MS Project, Power-point (or similar)
Position Qualifications:
* Previous management experience is required
* Mechanical, electrical and industrial maintenance background is required
* Financial experience with budgets, forecasting and P&L's is required
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is recommended
Physical Requirements:

* Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high); the employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces from 4-12 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift, stoop, or crouch.
* Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment
* Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
