About the Role:
As a Facility Training Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team members are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed
Your responsibilities will include:
• Training & Development: Conducting comprehensive training sessions for new and existing employees on job techniques and procedures.
• New Hire Orientation: Welcoming new team members and guiding them through their initial orientation.
• Collaborative Planning: Partnering with HR to design and plan impactful training courses.
• Program Management: Developing, updating, and delivering engaging internal training programs on leadership, policies, and procedures.
• Safety Advocacy: Promoting and enforcing safe work practices to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Researching and implementing innovative training programs and techniques to enhance our offerings.
