Advanced Compact EW Solutions is looking for experienced Systems Test Engineers to drive our factory test solutions within our defense portfolio. As a Factory Systems Test Engineer you will be bring together test solution concept, requirements, integration and factory fit. You will also provide structured oversight and support to the integration events, leading a small multi-disciplinary team. We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site . This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate cross-functional technical teams
+ Experience with factory production tests stand requirements and integration
+ Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
+ Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs
+ Proven communication skills
+ Secret Security Clearance
+ Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 8 years of work experience or equivalent experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience deriving Test Requirements; includes operations, facilities, quality, security, and IT requirements for the test solution
+ Experience with different test bed techniques (bed of nails, flying probe, functional test, boundary scan, etc)
+ Experience with process engineering systems/methods/techniques, such as AS9145, Lean, 6 Sigma, etc)
+ Experience with design for test
+ Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
