You are an ambassador for the exceptional service that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Serve up holiday cheer! Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued. A Server provides friendly, cheerful, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests.

What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Understand shift-end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System
- Understand all reservation systems and iPad systems for seating charts
- Know all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
- Follow brand policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow hotel time and attendance policy
- Follow grooming and attire guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience as a Server in high volume food and beverage operation
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation
- Previous point of sale system experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
