Position Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established hospital, for a Family/Adult Physician Assistant to join their Hospitalist team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work within an experienced team in hospital medicine, providing quality care while enjoying a flexible schedule with rotating 12-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care to hospital patients in collaboration with the Hospitalist team.
Hospital Medicine: Apply experience in hospital medicine to assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Hospitalist team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Licensure: Current New York State (NYS) Physician Assistant License.
Certification: Board Certified as a Family or Adult Physician Assistant.
Experience: Prior experience in hospital medicine is preferred.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Natural Sciences, or Occupational Safety and Health. Experience: 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). At least 3 years in Process Safety Management (PSM). Certifications: Certified PHA Facilitator, Certified ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor. Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable in PSM, RMP, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and ISO 14001/45001 standards. Ability to read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Skilled in creating and delivering employee training on safety topics.
