About the Job
We are looking for a passionate Family Law Attorney to join a direct hire firm in Cary, NC. If you are dedicated to advocating for clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, and adoption, we want to hear from you!
Salary: $95 - $130k
Shift: Monday through Friday, hybrid work schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions and settlement agreements
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings
- Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent communication throughout the process
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active North Carolina bar membership
- 3+ years of family law experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
