Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking Family Liaisons with strong customer service backgrounds to work as part of the dedicated team of professionals in Social Work.

Now hiring for full time positions on the following shift: 11:00am-7:00pm

As a Family Concierge, you will perform rounds of the facility, greeting families and offering assistance where needed. A key point of contact for the families visiting Parker Jewish Institute, you will serve as a liaison between the family, the patient/resident, and the rest of the care team.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
• Prior experience working in a hospital, nursing home or healthcare background a plus
• Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
• Available to work full time or part time on the following shift:11:30am-5:00pm including alternating weekends
• Bilingual in another language a plus
