Im Seeking 1-6 years’ experience Family Law Associate Attorney in Charlotte, NC. At our firm, we are dedicated to helping you achieve favorable outcomes in the most efficient manner possible. • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
• 1-6 years of experience practicing family law
• Strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures
• Experience in Parenting Plan, Child Custody, Child Support, Agreement & Modifications, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Termination of parental rights, Domestic Violence & Orders of Protection
• Knowledge of and experience in litigation
• Handle a caseload of family law matters
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
