Job Title: Associate Family Law Attorney
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office – with remote capabilities

The Firm: A well-established firm is seeking a highly motivated Attorney to join their team and handle and expand a flourishing caseload. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Attorney with experience in Family Law.
Responsibilities:
- Including but not limited to, advising and representing clients in divorce, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody and support, matters from inception to conclusion.
- Good job tenure; those seeking a long-term fit
- Autonomy over caseload, but can function in collaborative work environment.
- Strong legal research, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Conduct client consultations, provide legal advice, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the case.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records.
- Minimum of 1500 billable hours
Background Requirements: (minimum)
- 2 years of Litigation
- 1-2 years of Family Law practice.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio – Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus.
- Book of business PREFERABLE
- Ability to handle high stress situations effectively.
- Must be able to handle cases from inception to conclusion.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- No micromanagement. Attorneys are expected to run their portfolios like their own business. Support staff is provided, but attorneys are expected to review and sign off. (Must be a practitioner)

- In Office – Remote capabilities, allows flexibility to maintain work/life balance.
- Compensation: Based off qualifications, and size of book.
