Family Law Associate - Gpac

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and adoption.

- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and agreements.

- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

- Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals to ensure the smooth progress of cases.

- Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence with a keen eye for detail.

- Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence.

- Conduct legal research using various resources.

- Attend meetings with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.

- Stay updated on changes in family law regulations and precedents.

Skills:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

- 5+ years of experience in family law.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
