We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel and representation in matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases. This role involves assessing client needs, developing effective legal strategies, and advocating for clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising clients on their rights and options, and representing them in mediation and court hearings. The Family Law Attorney will also work collaboratively with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
This firm has a large caseload but they also have a huge support staff. You need to be motivated and ready to work if you're going to fit in at this firm!
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of family law, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards. A law degree and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction are required. Experience in family law practice is preferred. Civil Litigation experience is a plus!

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to assess situations, anticipate challenges, and devise strategic legal solutions.
Attention to Detail: Precision in drafting legal documents and contracts to avoid errors that could impact cases.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, keeping track of deadlines and court schedules.
Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
Ethical Judgment: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
