We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Permanent Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities:
- Provide sound legal advice to clients on various legal matters.
- Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and legal briefs.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support cases.
- Negotiate settlements in civil disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve cases swiftly and effectively.
- Liaise with team members and clients to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach.
- Comply with all ethical standards in the legal profession and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- Proven experience in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Exceptional legal writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professional ethics and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
