A well established full service law firm is looking to add an attorney to their family law team. Our dynamic legal team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and counsel to our clients, guiding them through challenging family law matters with empathy and expertise. Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients on a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, property division, domestic violence restraining orders and more. You will play a crucial role in advocating for our clients in and out of court while helping them navigate complex legal and emotional issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in family law cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, private mediations and negotiations.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent client service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law in California.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• An active membership in the California State Bar.
• 4-10 years of relevant family law experience required.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Unwavering commitment to practicing law ethically.
