Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Leading all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters.
- Conducting case analysis and developing case strategies.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Providing legal advice to clients and guiding them through the legal process.
- Staying updated with changes in family law and informing clients of these changes.
- Working collaboratively with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support cases.
- Active membership in the state bar.
- A strong understanding of family law and court procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients facing emotional distress.
- The ability to handle high caseloads and manage multiple priorities.
- A high level of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
