* A law degree and current California law license

* Sound knowledge of California family law

* Experience negotiating with an assertive and measured approach to resolution

* 3-10 years experience in Family Law, Property Division, Premarital, Postmarital, Taxes and Divorce, Spousal Support, Divorce Process, Paternity, Custody Litigation
