FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL
POSITION DETAILS
- Type: Direct Hire/Permanent position
- Location: Manchester, NH (100% onsite)
- Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 DOE
- Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
- Manage multiple family law cases including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters
- Maintain case files and deadlines using legal practice management software
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial notebooks
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings
- Calculate child support and alimony payments using state guidelines
- Prepare financial affidavits and asset/liability spreadsheets
- Conduct initial client interviews and gather case information
- File documents with courts and ensure proper service of process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of Litigation/Family Law Paralegal experience
- Demonstrated experience in family/domestic law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively with multiple attorneys
