Seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established, dedicated team of primary care providers at Providence Medical Group's Centralia Internal Medicine clinic. In addition to Family and Internal Medicine, this medical home modeled facility offers embedded services such as physical therapy, diabetes education and more to care for our largely geriatric patient population. Enjoy outstanding quality of life in beautiful southwest Washington. * Full-time position with shared at home only clinic call * 4/10's or 5/8's available * Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits available * Compensation is between $123,866 and $167,688 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
