• Outpatient only
• Also hiring a FM Associate Program Director and a FM Core Faculty Physician
• Physicians will be based out of one dedicated clinic ? no traveling
• High patient volume opportunity
• Physician outreach and marketing support provided
• Physicians start with one Medical Assistant, additional support provided as patient volume grows
• Office space available, adjacent to the hospital
