Family Medicine Physician at Provider Solutions & Development

Providence St. Peter Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Lacey, WA at Hawks Prairie Family Medicine. As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
• Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited program or Physician Assistant Degree
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assitstant license in the state of Washington or ability to get one.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care or similar setting.
• Compensation is between $238,830 and $330,915 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
