- Board certified or board eligible
- Practicing physicians and new grads are encouraged to apply
- Rural Health Center - you may qualify for NHSC loan forgiveness
- Incoming candidate will join one other physician. Practice is well supported by APPs, CMAs and LPNs
- Practice hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
- Outpatient only
