- New multispecialty outpatient facility located at 4847 Hoffman Blvd, Hoffman Estates, scheduled to open December 2024
- On site imaging, lab, and Immediate Care center plus other rotating specialists
- Outpatient only
- Guaranteed floor salary plus generous student loan forgiveness program
- 36 clinic hours per week
- EPIC EMR
- 24/7 Nurse triage support
