Salary and Benefits

• Competitive pay range of $110,000 - $130,000+
• Relocation Assistance Available
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 70% (Approx. $80 Per Pay Period)

• Student Loan Repayment Assistance – Eligible for $50,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

• 4 Day Work Week
• Outpatient care
• No weekends or nights required
• On-Call – By Phone Only
• Full support staff available
• Practice autonomy

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience required
• Primary Care Experience Required
• Compassionate care approach
• Clear and active license in the State of Massachusetts
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
