As a full-time Nurse Practitioner, you will work along-side a tenured clinical-care team and be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic conditions, in their home environment. A Medical Technician will accompany you on patient visits, driving a fully equipped company vehicle so you can focus on patient care.

A Medical Technician will accompany you on patient visits, driving a fully equipped company vehicle so you can focus on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose complex illnesses.
- Provide advanced therapeutic interventions, including minor procedures.
- Work closely with a Medical Technician who will assist in patient care and logistics.
- Maintain continuity of care through ongoing patient education and follow-up.
- Represent the organization professionally and uphold high standards of patient care.
Schedule:
- Flexible 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 14 shifts per month (average 140-150 hours).
- Opportunity to block schedules (e.g., 6 days on, 6 days off).
- See 6-8 patients per day on average, with start times at 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, or 12 PM.
- Centralized scheduling support ensures your shifts align with market needs.
Compensation & Benefits: $140,000 190,000/yr
- Compensation is dependent upon experience

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary or other relevant areas
- Those with less than two years of experience as an APP, but with two or more years experience as a paramedic, RN (ED or ICU), Flight Nurse or a graduate from an ENP program or fellowship (NPs)
