Family Nurse Practitioner - Kinston Community Health Center

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care to patients of all ages. This role involves conducting physical exams, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- State APRN license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and interpreting medical history
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Ordering and performing diagnostic tests
- Prescribing medications and monitoring patient responses
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
