Our rapidly expanding non profit organization has an exciting new job opportunity available for a Family Nurse Practitioner to treat patients throughout all walks of life.  As the Family Nurse Practitioner, you would be treating patients in our location in Manhattan.   You would have an opportunity to work with a collaborative team and provide primary care to patients in the underserved community.  This is a full time permanent role with full benefits included.  The hours would be Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm or some flexibility for a 4 day 10 hour shift schedule.  Please see job highlights below for more info.

Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Manhattan NY

Compensation: $130,000 to$150,000 + comprehensive full benefits package

Responsibilities:

Conducting physical exams

Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions

Developing treatment plans

Prescribing medication when appropriate

Educating patients about healthy lifestyle choices

Documenting notes in EMR system

Ordering more comprehensive diagnostic test and lab tests

Requirements:

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Graduate of Accredited Masters Degree Program

New York Nurse Practitioner license

Strong communication skills
