About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach to is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.  The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care.   
We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill in for the full time providers during time off. The clinic is open weekdays Monday - Friday.  The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a team and have at least one year of experience.
