Family Office Director Accounting and Finance - Unity Search Group

Unity Search has been exclusively engaged by a wealthy Dallas executive and entrepreneur to find a multi-functional Family Office Director of Accounting and Finance.  The ideal candidate for this role would have 4+ years of related experience preferably with a public accounting and/or transaction advisory foundation.  CPA is preferred.  Most importantly, this person must have a sharp financial mind, great communication skills, and very good attention to detail.  This will be a very “hands on” role as it will be the executive’s only fully dedicated financial employee - helping with everything from Accounting to Reporting to Deal Origination and Management to Treasury Management.  As such, the daily activities in this role will be very diverse, and you will truly have the ability to make an impact.  Salary for this role will depend on experience but will probably fall in the $130K to $175K range + Bonus.
