Your New Role: 

• Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) 

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent 

• Setting: Outpatient Clinic 

• Schedule: 4-day work week (4x10-hour shifts), 2 hours of admin time per day (no patient-facing hours), 40-hour work week, on-call rotations 

• Experience: Experience in primary care with acute and chronic illnesses, and acute injuries 

• Patient Population: Pediatric to adult population

In this Role: 

You will be working as an FNP/PA in an outpatient clinic in Yamhill County, OR, providing care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses or injuries. Your responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination for patients and families. The patient population ranges from pediatric to adult, and care is generally provided on an outpatient basis. You will be collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team, and your role includes pre-operative care in minor surgeries performed on an outpatient basis. The electronic medical record (EMR) system used is Practice Velocity. You will have a capped patient panel at 1600 PPD, ensuring a manageable workload and quality care.
