About The Position
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team of experts in West Haven, CT. In this role, you will manage outpatient patient care and treatment in collaboration with our dedicated team. Your focus will be on providing exceptional patient care, performing health assessments, and managing common and complex conditions. Additionally, you will order and interpret diagnostic tests, formulate care plans, and prescribe medication or other treatments as needed.

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000
Experience
- Experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Advanced Practice License in Connecticut (or eligibility)
- DEA license (or eligibility for registration)
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification
