Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant at Archway Physician Recruitment

NP Family Medicine opening in Harrisonburg, VA- Located in Harrisonburg, VA- Full Time; Permanent- Employed- BE/BC- Primary care with ample pediatric experience, for infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults- Bilingual abilities appreciated, but not required- Minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed provider treating family medicine, pediatrics, and adults with complex issues- Full-time position with non-traditional hours of noon to 6:00pm or 7:00pm, plus 1-2 Saturdays per month- Shared call schedule, with RN first call- Co-manage patients with a diverse care team to include, but not limited to, RN, Counselors, Care Management, and other team members to improve our patient's health holistically.- Review quality and outcome metrics monthly with the healthcare team- Collaborate with local civic and faith-based leaders on community education programs- Experience working in a FQHC or Community Health Center, or post-masters training in Community Health Care would be of great benefit to the practiceAbout the area:Harrisonburg and Rockingham County have an area population of 130,000 with easy access to Interstates 81, 64 and 66.
