Clinic setting only Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine- Required
Active MN license- Required
Active ACLS, DEA and NRP- Required
Residency Requirements/Fellowship- Required
Must be available for the date listed
COVID vaccinated- Required
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with weekly pay plus malpractice
