Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Locums Job in Colorado ASAP Start and Ongoing
Coverage Needed:
Monday through Friday (8am-4:30pm)
8-12 shifts per month
Every Saturday and every other Friday, in addition to any vacation coverage
Assignment Details/Requirements ():
Board Certification is required
Active Colorado license or IMLC is required
BLS certification is required
Provider must be local
Completing Medical History, physicals, and treatment of medical diagnosis
Three Psychiatrist, 1 supervising FMC provider, 7 LPN, 5 BHT
Required Procedures: Adult Inpatient, Geriatrics, adolescent, and general inpatient
EMR: EPIC
