Gpac is assisting a local established Agriculture Crop Production operation that is in need of a year-round Farm Operations and Maintenance Supervisor.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hard-working, and has an Agriculture or Farming related background along with maintenance or mechanic capabilities!

Farm Operations and Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Assist with planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops

- Assist with the maintenance and repair of farm equipment

- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed

- Perform lifting and manual labor tasks

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of building and grounds

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
