The Senior Sales Executive position offers a competitive salary, starting at $90K and based on experience, plus commissions and profit sharing. Responsibilities:
Your first priority will be selling! There are POs, RFP/RFQs, incoming leads, and low-hanging fruit ready to work! You will:
- Answer requests for proposals
- Process sales orders
- Generate new sales opportunities
- Coordinate with production for accurate and on-time delivery
- Answer customer questions, complaints and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Working closely with the executive team, you'll grow to lead the sales team and distributor network, excpand product lines, optimize sales work flows, design sales strategy, develop KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and enhance sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated experience in sales within the fastener sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Ability to achieve results through a customer-centric and data-informed approach.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related technology.
