FEA Engineer - Acoustics - Belcan

A FEA Engineer - Acoustics position is currently available in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a 1-year contract assignment with the possibility of extension.

Design products for quieter operation and customer comfort. FEA can help speed up the design process by using Acoustics simulations. This position will fill the expertise gap in current simulation team.

Requirements:
*A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
*5-7 years experience in acoustic simulations using Ansys or other tools to reduce product noise.
* Experienced in structures design for vibration loads would be a plus.
*Course work in strength of materials, vibrations, Acoustics and Finite element analysis is preferred.
*MS degree in related field of knowledge would be plus.

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering an hourly rate of $85-110 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
