As the Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll be responsible for assisting in all digital campaigns across the Fearless roster. This includes optimizing our video releases with appropriate YouTube descriptions, links, end cards and thumbnails. It also includes providing thorough analysis of our digital campaigns and sharing vital feedback with the wider marketing team on how we achieved our KPI’s or areas we need to approve upon next time.
Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our Spring Internship Program will run from Tuesday, January 21st – Friday, March 28th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paidin-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location.

What you'll do:
Campaign Analysis
- Digital marketing case studies for past album campaigns. This person will be tasked to go through our digital campaigns and social media content and provide analysis and insight on tent pole moments throughout the3 campaign.
Advertising reports – go through artist digital advertising to provide results on campaigns we’ve run.
Digital optimization
- YouTube descriptions
- Updating end cards / link
- Tik Tok research / content trends to provide updated best practices
Creative ideation / input
- Content ideas – deep dive into artist campaigns and ideate new ideas for upcoming releases.
- Email marketing ideas – present ideas on what to include in email blasts.
Other campaign specific tasks – artist / mgmt dependent
- Asset collation for releases
- Attend team meetings to brainstorm new ideas
What you'll need:
- Must be an excellent communicator with good writing abilities
- Passion for the entertainment/music industry and a desire for a career as a digital marketer in this industry.
- Passion and appreciation for Rock, Punk Rock, Alternative Rock, Heavy Metal, etc.
- Passion for the industry and a desire for a career in it
- This internship is a part-time paid internship and requires someone located in/near Los Angeles
- The timeline of this internship program runs from Tuesday, January 21st – Friday, March 28th.You must be able to work 20 hours/week.
Salary Range: $17.28 per hour
