Title: Federal Account Executive
Location: Washington, D.C.
Job-Type: FTE/Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to meet sales targets for assigned federal accounts.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and ongoing account management.
• Work closely with various teams, including Customer Success, Sales Development Representatives, inside sales, sales engineers, and leadership, to enhance the sales process and drive revenue.
• Maintain precise and timely management of sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Leverage expertise in the government sector to Client and pursue new opportunities.
• Build and sustain relationships with key government stakeholders, especially within the intelligence community.
• Travel is required, approximately once a month.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• At least 5 years of experience in federal government sales, with a strong emphasis on the Department of Defense.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in IT security.
• Demonstrated success in selling enterprise-wide solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working with agencies such as the Army, DoD, US Air Force, or US Navy/Marine Corps.
• Self-motivated, honest, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
