Federal Construction Project Manager - Gpac

A well known and respected TOP FederalCommercial General Contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to join their rapidly growing team. 

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the complete construction and administrative requirements of the various projects. This requires organizing the complexities into a management system that will establish, monitor, and follow up on each vendor's compliance, orchestrating the information flows needed for each component and system to be incorporated into the project, and completing it all within the time frames needed by the progress schedule.Company has contracts with the USACE, DOD, GSA, EPA and Various Other Federal Government Agencies.

Qualifications

• Ability to review Federal Solicitations and assist with detailed responses is required.
• Experience with Federal Construction
• Microsoft Project/Primavera P6
• Electrical background
• Degree Preferred-Construction Management or Engineering
• 5+ years experience
• Knowledge of the Federal construction market with USACE' s RMS System, PS Scheduling and other systems are preferred!
