Fertility Clinical Services Manager - Innovation Fertility, LLC

As the Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our clinical services. You will ensure the highest standards of patient care, lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and laboratory staff.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Manage patient feedback and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the growth and development of the clinic.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina RN license, without limitations. BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in reproductive medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years (included in the 4 years experience) in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations relative to an infertility practice.
• Knowledge and experience with strategies of nursing management and human resources management.
• Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
• Resourceful and well-organized.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
• Aptitude to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Capability to establish credibility and be decisive – but be able to recognize and support the Practice’s preferences and priorities.
