Summary
Hard Rock International is looking for the individual working under the direction of the FFE Director to assist with the management of the FFE scope.
The employee will act the Owner representative and work directly with Interior Designers, Purchasing Agents, Vendors and Contractors to assure that projects are completed on schedule and within projected budgets.
Responsibilities:Core essential duties and responsibilities as listed but not limited to
- Responsible for processing and entry of Purchase Orders Requests into Unifier
- Processes Purchase orders revisions in Unifier as needed
- Assists with coordination of the FFE documentation
- Uploads FFE related documentation and maintains records in BlueBeam
- Assists with requesting quotes from FFE vendors
- Follows up on order status and deliveries with FFE vendors
- Updates and organizes ID specification books
- Assists in preparing and reviewing bid analysis
- Assists with miscellaneous clerical activities as needed
Qualifications
- Must be able to excel in fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail
- Schedule flexibility including some overnight and/or day travel in response to project needs
- Understanding of industry practices, systems, processes and activities
- Education and/or Experience
- Experience in OSE or FFE Purchasing or experience in Gaming and / or Hospitality Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook required
Work Environment:
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be in operating areas. In these areas, you may be exposed to environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke and excessive noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
