Relationship Manager Fidelity Digital Assets
The Role
The Digital Assets Relationship Manager supports Fidelity’s most valuable and lucrative clients. Delivering a superior experience is one of our competitive advantages. The Relationship Manager will inspire client dedication and engagement in order to develop long positive relationships with Fidelity. You will manage a book of business focused on client loyalty, organic growth and retention. You will coordinate with a team of CSMs as well as Business Development teams to help onboard, educate, and deepen client relationships.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring (The order of these bullets does not matter)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of relationship management
- Relationship building skills across business partners, stakeholders, team, business unit and the broader Fidelity organization
- Strong practice management and organization skills
- Book management experience
- Digital assets knowledge and expertise
- General knowledge of the financial markets and products
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
- Thrive in a compliance driven, dynamic, and fast paced environment
- Ability to think creatively and be comfortable making decisions and problem resolution
- Ability to work in ambiguity and have an entrepreneurial mindset
The Team
The Relationship Management function operates in partnership with broader Fidelity Digital Assets priorities. Our business is developing best in class products, services and platform capabilities for our institutional clients. As the digital assets asset class and regulatory landscape matures we are developing and shaping a business that defines the standard across both traditional finance and crypto natives cultures. You’ll work alongside product, strategy, marketing, business developing and technology to help bring this vision to life.
