Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical expert for advanced communications systems, offering support and training to both internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product management to enhance customer engagement before and after sales.
- Lead and organize training sessions and product demonstrations, both on-site and remotely, tailoring the experience to customer needs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including marketing collateral and product updates.
- Conduct on-site assessments to ensure product fit and client satisfaction, and participate in strategic planning with the sales and development teams.
- Stay abreast of market trends, contributing to strategic decisions on product development and positioning.
- Manage and prepare demonstration materials for events and client presentations.
- Engage in company and industry events, promoting our product suite and gathering market intelligence.
- Support product design and strategy by translating customer feedback into actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Independent management of a broad range of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to plan and achieve ambitious goals, paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with enterprise CRM tools.
- Demonstrable skills in system demonstrations and client training in complex communication setups.
- Technical expertise in electronics or similar fields, with a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical principles.
- Experience with tactical communication systems, preferably within a defense context.
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a DoD Security Clearance.
