Client Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Consultant to join their dynamic team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$2,850 / week + Bonus Eligible
Position Overview:
This Field Consultant role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who has extensive experience as a District Manager or Large Format Store Manager. In this 1099 contractor position, you will work on-site at various locations, supporting operations, coaching teams, and driving performance in line with company standards. This Field Consultant role involves consistent travel, with assignments lasting several weeks at a time.
Responsibilities of the Field Consultant:
- On-site Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance and operational support to teams across different locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
- Training & Development: Coach and develop Store Managers and teams to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
- Operational Excellence: Evaluate and implement best practices across stores, identifying opportunities for process improvements and standardizing operational procedures.
- Performance Analysis: Assess key metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable feedback to enhance overall store performance.
- Travel Requirement: Travel frequently to designated locations for multi-week assignments, ensuring readiness to work in varied environments and support diverse teams.
Qualifications for the Field Consultant:
- Experience Required: Proven background as a District Manager or Large Format Store Manager.
- Independent Contractor Role: Ability to work independently and manage self-driven tasks, effectively meeting all job expectations as a 1099 contractor.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for team coaching and performance evaluation.
- Flexible and Adaptable: Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to various store environments and teams.
