Field Engineer at Davron LLC

Join an exciting and dynamic construction firm in Cedar Hill, TX, right in the heart of the DFW area! We are seeking a Field Engineer to support our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful roadway construction projects that span from the Oklahoma line down to Houston. If you thrive in a mix of office and field environments, interfacing with customers, and managing various project aspects, this role could be the perfect fit!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Engineer position include:

• 2+ years of experience in roadway construction, traffic signals, interstate signing, concrete, and roadway lighting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office; knowledge of Heavy Job, Labor Force, or MS Project is a plus
• Support field crews and interface with customers on a regular basis
• Manage material procurement, scheduling, production, and cost reporting
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Provide on-site and in-office support, splitting time evenly between both environments
• Assist in electrical, signals, illumination, and ITS construction tasks

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
