Responsibilities:

Provide broad operational support for install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests related to IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
Deliver service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Document processes and procedures.
Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
Align workflow with scheduling needs.
Accurately document solutions for complex issues.
Create workaround procedures when standard procedures fail to resolve issues.
Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Demonstrate ability to use a ladder safely.
