Field Technician
One of IDR’s top clients in the is seeking a Field Technician to join their team in the Chicago, IL area!
This position will require roughly 90% travel!
Responsibilities of the Field Technician:
- Operating and troubleshooting machinery
- Installing staging equipment for machine tools on customer sites
- Analyzing and documenting machine information and site conditions
- Training customers so they understand how to operate and maintain the machines
- Heavy travel to regions in need of support
Required skills/experience of the Field Technician:
- 1+ years experience working with machinery
- Experience providing technical field support
- Experience installing and troubleshooting software and hardware
- Ability to follow directions and eager to constantly learn
